NY Pet Brands guarantees its products against manufacturers defects. If you recieved a defective product or have similar concerns, please email [email protected] and include the contact and order details as well as a description of the issue and supporting pictures.

– Exchanges: Items purchased from NY Pet Brands May be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition with the original tags. Please provide your order & contact information for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning the product.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to NY Pet at their own expense. The replacement product will be shipped at the expense of NY Pet Brands.
